For Contracts under $150,000
Must have good credit for this program.
For $200,000 single/$400,00 aggregate
Must have acceptable credit, and must supply personal and business statements.
For contracts on the following types of businesses with bond limits to $7,500,000 call for application
- Landscape services
- Painting/caulking/striping
- Supply bonds
- Window cleaning
- Facilities maintenance
- Fuel oil suppliers
- Cleaning and janitorial
- Elevator maintenance
To get set up for bonding on a larger program or if your type of work does not fit into the above categories, call for specific application.
For contractors needing the SBA Bond Guaranty, please call for application.
